Shipping

Free worldwide shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum purchase. No surprise costs at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You receive an order confirmation immediately, and a second email with your tracking number once the parcel leaves us. Delivery then usually takes 7–12 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees: customs, carrier backlogs, public holidays and remote addresses can extend them.

Customs duties and import taxes

Depending on your country, your order may attract import duties, VAT or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price at checkout. They are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict their amount, and we do not mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.

Tracking

Tracking activates once the carrier scans the parcel, which can take a day or two after dispatch. If tracking has not moved for more than 10 days, write to us and we will open an enquiry.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not been dispatched. Parcels returned for a bad address can be reshipped free once they reach us.
