Termos de serviço
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make. Placing an order accepts them.
1. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — unavailable stock, a pricing error, a payment we cannot verify — and if we do, we refund you in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Standard shipping is free worldwide. Import duties are not included; see our Shipping policy. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
3. Products and sizing
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between production runs. Shoe sizing follows each maker’s own scale — use the foot-length guide on each product page rather than assuming your usual size.
4. Availability
Stock changes quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund in full.
5. Your right to cancel and return
Set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms and gives you 60 days.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this store — text, images, layout and code — belongs to LuxoCouer or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this store to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.
8. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for unforeseeable losses or business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you order.
10. Contact and disputes
Write to us first at contato@luxocouer.com.br — almost everything is resolved that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
